Creative Work Orders

The Kahala Brands™ Creative Services team fulfills creative requests for all brands at Kahala/MTY Group. Because there are many brands and a high volume of franchisee requests, the Kahala Marketing and Creative Services teams have developed standard creative request turnaround times for all brands.

Beginning January 1, 2023, sweetFrog will move to the standard Kahala creative request timelines. The creative process requires a lead time of 10 business days for a FIRST PROOF. The process may require additional time should there be further edits/changes to the artwork. Should a creative request be missing information, the 10 business days countdown will not begin until the request is complete and includes all applicable details.

Requests including both print marketing (flyer, coupons, counter card, poster, etc.) and social media assets require a longer lead time. The creative team will build out the print marketing piece first. Once marketing receives approval on the printed material, marketing will request the social graphics be built out which takes 5 additional business days.

Now that the marketing team is creating and sharing three months of promotions at a time, this should give franchisees ample time to create and plan out local store marketing initiatives. However, if a store is presented with a last minute opportunity, marketing and creative services will do their best to accommodate the request. We cannot guarantee we will be able to turn a rush request around in time, but we will do our best.

Through a partnership with The Sourcing Group (TSG), a national print management, distribution and fulfillment company, you can now order marketing items needed in the daily operations of your store by clicking here.
